• 10 Upgrades Needed to Buy.
• Village must be in the Ninja World War

1. Each Village has it's own primary resource. This is determined when the village is created. The resource that your village is capable of producing is it's primary resource. Other resources are secondary. You need 2 more than the one listed below here, for a total of 3 of your primary resource.
