• Village Size Needed to Maintain: 12
• 20 Upgrades Needed to Buy.
• Village must be in the Ninja World War

• May only be spied upon by other Villages with a Natural Research Facility

Notes

• This Level is sometimes referred to as T2, with T1 being the pre-NRF village and T3 being a beaconed village

1. Each Village has it's own primary resource. This is determined when the village is created. The resource that your village is capable of producing is it's primary resource. Other resources are secondary. You need 4 more than the one listed above here, for a total of 5 of your primary resource.
