• Village Size to maintain: 55

Bonus

• IR Leaders may, once per 3 days, receive +400 Stamina, but all of their Villagers lose 30 Stamina the next Dayroll

Comments

• Most Kages only use this to pay for the Stamina to wind Nonja.
• This upgrade really only helps the kage on those important, stamina needed days
• At least 5 nonjas are required to maintain this upgrade
