• Specifically, when someone gets Ultimate Survivor, they can choose 6 others to receive The 45ers. So the requirement is really, "Talk someone else with Ultimate Survivor into giving you this trophy".

• The name comes from the number of people an Ultimate Survivor winner can give it to, as a runner-up prize.

• The Bawg is supposed to be attacked in teams, thus giving any winner a premade list of others to give this trophy to, but not all of those with this trophy earned it that way.
