How to Unlock

Do this on candyween so it is less likely that kages have their themes set to block bingo. Spend the time searching through all the villages for a kage that recently looped and as such is low enough level to search without using grim prediction to save on that 100 stamina. S3 for tsukiball unbingoing is recommended. leave yourself enough breathing room to fail a few times and still succeed overall.
