After messing up four times, you do a lumbar puncture and find out it's actually lupus!

You get stumped and some snarky guy with a cane fires you.

This mission is a reference to the TV show House M.D. It's a running joke in the series that one of the first guesses will be lupus, and it has actually been lupus only once in the entire series. Also Dr. House is a snarky guy with a cane.
