This is an easy way to get early Gen levels for missions. It's relatively cheap in terms of chakra, but it does require that you purchase Shuriken, and that can get expensive. Still, for the first few levels, you're going to be spending a lot of time using jutsu and consumables to succeed in your missions, so this definitely has some utility. Once you advance a bit further though, the need for a jutsu like this one drops off significantly.
