• This jutsu is based off of Kiba and Akamaru's signature technique in Naruto.

Notes

This is a relatively easy jutsu to learn. Red Rover's not hard to acquire, and the XP cost is pretty minimal. In addition, +1 Nin success is extremely useful for high difficulty, low success Nin missions. The 20 Chakra cost is also quite reasonable. The only drawback to this technique is that it requires a Ninja Dog, which either requires a Village upgrade, or to get lucky with the Prize Wheel.
