• While the Stamina cost cut does not stack with the other cloaks, the -2 levels takes effect even when when you have better cloaks.
• Word of advice: Do NOT craft this. You can get the permanent item Survived the Impossible before even entering the wastelands, then craft the Basic Dustcloak to pass the requirement for beating Field Trip, and later create Dustcloak of Sneaking in Season 3.
