Original Purpose? Drift Racing. But that was scrapped, and the concept recycled into the old Arena.

Current Purpose? None.

Future Purpose? Only McM knows the answer to that…

It says Consumable. What happens when you "consume" it?

Drunken Pirate Flag, Manji Headlights and Red And Black Shades are berries from one field :D so they should be equel partly but I really do not remember them to be at consumeble menu when I did PW crafting O_O It would be great if smb can check this :)

From memory, there is nothing that allows you to consume them, other than the PW recipes. I could be wrong, though.
