Um.. the "how to obtain" doesn't seem very informative. Was it a one time give out for not exploiting a bug that was in the game? Or is there a current bug in the game that's closely monitored like a test of morals? It doesn't seem very thorough so I'm looking for some clarification :) Thanks.

This item was given to those people who did not use there stamina when the stamina bug happened. I don't think it will happen again, so lucky those who got them.
