more or less—the jutsu becomes available for your use, so it probably doesnt matter if you have it or no.

Well, there's a big difference between having the jutsu in your list, and being able to use it! It would be like knowing the Turn the Page jutsu, and not having any note pages to use it.

Nope. You could stack 'em if they were, shove 'em off to other accounts, then get a bunch of 'em. One per legacy account, per day.

You definitely get a Kunai every dayroll, though it doesn't start showing up until Jonin+, just like actual legacy-nin.
