I'm pretty sure K-Dog doesn't teach this one. It's an ability that The Rack has though. I believe it's possible to learn this jutsu through a RedEye jutsu usage though, so maybe that's why it's put here under K-Dog. But K-Dog definitely can't teach this to me, and it's not RedEye only.

I agree. And when you learn jutsu via RedEye, RedEye appers as trainer.

I just checked the village trainers (there is all jutsus listed, exept very special ones), and K-Dog can't teach you Attack on the nervous system. It is The Rack's jutsu
