I don't think you can. It's meant to be fail. It's the RNG's "Lucky" Roll, after all. You're not meant to win, as the text says, for if you did, you'd get an insane amount of ryo.
if there WERE a chance, it'd be like 1/1100000000000000(or however many zeroes) or something—or, 1/(how many people actually play the game).
in other words, INSANE chances. If you candy coat the RNG, MAAAAAAAAYBE he'll give you 1.5. maybe.
actually, the reverse would be true, because this IS the rng. Regardless, there's no chances or rolls, so I find it a moot point unless you have the actual items required to win. On another notw, it promises a bunch of ryo, but the only ryo we get, is for selling the failpotion. dude. SO NOT COOL!!!
Well, they are "worth" that much…but the shopkeeper refuses to take them back :/ So it's technically not a lie. Just not the complete truth. But what else would you expect from the master of screwage?
