Anyone spaded the chances of each outcome yet? If not, once our village gets the upgrade, I'll add my data here, limited though it may be…

Some milling data

I milled 100 major contracts and received:
Contracts:275,000 Ryo, 1 Medicinal Water, 1 Precious Metals

After that I milled 1000 minor contracts and received:
Contracts:577,000 Ryo, 5 Brilliant Crystals, 5 Medicinal Water, 10 Precious Metals

Village has the following as its collecting resources:
Resource: Brilliant Crystals
Advanced Resource: Unmelting Ice

More data points are needed, but if the findings hold up statistically milling gives you roughly 50% of the Ryo amount compared to donating, with a low (~1-2%) chance of a resource per contract.

Contracts: 603,000 Ryo, 10 Brilliant Crystals, 9 Medicinal Water, 3 Precious Metals
