Does "All Ranges" include Doujutsu? I was looking at one of my characters and noticed they had Dou range 1-13 as a Jonin without Knightmare Frame.

Yes, "All Ranges" includes Dou, and possibly later additions such as Drive/Drift/Destruction.

he is now stronger (more levels) then shown on this page.

As you can see, he has lower stats that he did 3 days ago.

I believe I figured it out. The stats are partially dependent on you. It has identical range to me (which differs from what is shown on this page)
and when I used 3 emergency rations for +3 range +levels it also got the same +3 range +3 levels bonus.

No, it's a very simple answer; 11DBHK sometimes uses it as a test character.

11DBHK is weaker now!

I just fought him in the arena. Now he is season 1 with 11 in G/N/T and quite low bonuses… He is also the kaiju in Woody village (from player lookup), which doesn't exist, but defeating him didn't give me NanuMachines, so he isn't set as the Kage, or you simply can't get both items from a single fight, which I'd assume is pretty hard to test.

And I fought him again before getting NanuMachines so I can confirm that he isn't set as a kage, since I didn't get it.
