I just tested having tempest kitsune, KY, and K-dog as my team for this. The last two were counted as jonin, but kitsune wasn't; he should be removed from the list for this mission.

Found out, if you've quit the quest after getting the required timmy missions, because of lacking in ally levels, when you do the quest again, you'll still have that amount of completed timmy missions.
