• Pinky appears to be based off the Naruto character Sakura. Pinky Lvl. 2 is likely Sakura in Shippudden after she's undergone training with Tsunade.has matured and has a crush on Naruto

Comments

• Original Pinky's chakra reduction was rather uninteresting, but this version of Pinky is significantly more useful. She provides a solid tai strength bonus, provides stamina on missions, and continues to reduce chakra costs. She also provides really good team options with Billy Lvl. 2, Stalkergirl Lvl. 2 and The Rack.
• Note that her stamina bonus does not apply to quests.
